Frum Sees Writing on the Wall: Dreams of "New Majority" Created in His Image and Likeness Dashed

David Frum, self-appointed arbiter of who belongs in the "big tent" and who doesn't, has changed the name of his virtually-unread-except-by-liberals blog from the wishful thinking of "New Majority" to the alliterative (and self-promoting) but otherwise mundane "Frum Forum":

Maybe President Obama will be re-elected and your hopes of building a new modernized Republican majority will go unrealized for a long time to come.” In any event, she continued, whether Republicans return to majority or remain in minority status, the world of internet political commentary is a world built around individual personalities. Yeah, whatever. More likely no one is buying the load of crap you're selling. A "New Majority" made up of a bunch of people acting just like the same John McCain (i.e. Democrat-lite) who just last year lost the Presidency to a freshman Senator who had never accomplished anything of note? Gee, Frum, I wonder why more people aren't just all over your concept for "re-making" the GOP?
