Light Blogging Today ... I'm Headed Up to "Enemy" Territory
My Dad's in town from Texas for a few days, and we're headed up to Ann Arbor this morning to visit some of our relatives we haven't seen in 25 years (including my Dad's 90-year-old aunt who is also his Godmother).
I'll forego wearing either my Ohio State or Notre Dame colors for this visit ... although it is tempting.

This Domer says that you ought to give into temptation (even we Papists can get away with this under the right circumstances!) and to don some ND apparel!
Jay, I implore you--don't squander this chance to repent of your red-n-gray ways! The Era of RichRod is upon you and don't let the winnowing fan of judgment sort you into the chaff pile, brother!
Oh, and at most, ND apparel will get you looks of pity. The real danger is that someone will drop change into your coffee cup if you're not careful.
Well, it's easier to visit Ann Arbor with Ohio State or Notre Dame colors than to visit Baton Rouge. We would just point and laugh at you, then thank you for our Sugar Bowl and BCS trophies as we walk away in our 2007 National Championship t-shirts. ;)
GEAUX TIGERS!
Hail to the Victims!
Since Michigan is the ancestral enemy of my alma mater the University of Illinois, I am all on your side in this conflict!
"The Era of RichRod is upon you ..."
Good luck with no quarterback!
