Farewell, Farrah
Farrah Fawcett, a 1970s TV and modeling icon, a Texas native (from Corpus Christi), and a Roman Catholic, has died of cancer at the age of 62. She received the anointing of the sick shortly before she passed.
She was my first movie-star crush. I would venture to guess that almost every young man of my generation had a copy of this iconic poster.
Resquiescat in pace.

I didn't.
LOL. That's why I said "almost".
;-)
LOL! Priceless.
My (very) heterosexual sisters had a copy of that poster (along with one of Tom Selleck.) They simply thought she was beautiful.
With the exception of her being smokin' hot... I was never much of a FF fan. But I am glad that she rcv'd Last Rites before her death.
In death, she set the example that eluded her in life.
May God have mercy on her soul, and may she rest in peace.
