He's right about one thing, government is the problem...if you live in Louisiana.
I would not say epic fail but he was off . There also seemed to be weird sound problems at the Mansion
He did much better on the Today Show this morning

As James H said, he did redeem himself with the Today show appearance. He is basically the anti-Obama: much better off-the-cuff than with prepared remarks.
