Who's Missing from "The TIME 100"?

TIME Magazine's complete list of "the world's most influential people" for 2008 can be viewed here.

Tennis has-been Andre Agassi is there. "Brangelina" are there. So are countless other people who I've never even heard of.

Notice a particularly prominent name missing?

Say, someone who was all over the news quite recently? Someone who spoke to world leaders at the United Nations to a standing ovation? Someone to whom the "Leader of the Free World" gave an almost fawning greeting during his recent visit?

Nah, that guy's not important or influential at all.*
