Most politicians are time serving hacks. They get their paychecks, vote for whatever they deem will get them re-elected and care about the future as much as a Mayfly. A real leader like Reagan comes along, at best, if we are lucky, every fifty years or so. Condemned by Clark Clifford, and other forgotten non-entities, as an "amiable dunce", he reversed our economic decline, won the Cold War, raised public morale, and restored the idea of America as a beacon of liberty for all of mankind. His stature will only increase as the ages past. Rest well Mr. Reagan, you earned it.
