Don't take Barbara Boxer too seriously. She is remarkably uncurious and superficial, even when you factor in the constituency which insists on sending her to Washington.
Nobody is ever going to accuse her of being a deep thinker, and even if perchance she was charged, there is no evidence for a guilty verdict.
As a Californian, I am sorry that Boxer is there. She is a well funded liberal extremist who speaks for Planned Parenthood. No moderate, this one.
Btw, not all of us in the Golden State are Boxer fans.
