Roberts to Kennedy: “There’s still good in you, I can FEEL it!”
Kennedy to Roberts: “It is too late for me, son… YOU DON’T KNOW THE POWER OF THE WASHINGTON POST EDITORIAL PAGE!!!”
After a prolonged light-saber duel, where Roberts chops off Kennedy’s hand, Stevens shoots lightning bolts out of his hands at Roberts until Kennedy throws him to his doom and the Empire of an Activist Politboro is destroyed like the Death Star itself. Roberts, Scalia, Thomas, Alito, and [Fill in the blank, Scalia’s sister] have a party with ewoks and the smiling spirits of Justice White and President Reagan.
If you get a chance, do a Google search on the terms "Blackmun papers", "Anthony Kennedy", and "abortion". What that search will turn up is evidence that "Catholic" Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy is single-handedly responsible for EACH AND EVERY legal abortion that takes place every day in America.
That's because, after first agreeing to be part of a majority (along with Chief Justice Rehnquist and Associate Justices White, Scalia, and Thomas) to overturn Roe v. Wade in Planned Parenthood v. Casey, Kennedy got cold feet, decided that being feted on the D.C. cocktail circuit was more important than the lives of countless unborn children, and switched his vote to side with the eventual liberal majority that reaffirmed the so-called "constitutional right" to abortion in a 5-4 decision.
Thus, it's not a stretch to say that the blood of every child aborted in America since the Casey decision is on the hands of Anthony Kennedy. Why that man is still given Communion in the Catholic Church is beyond me, but I suppose it's not really for me to judge who is deemed worthy of receiving Communion is Cardinal McCarrick's archdiocese.
I hope that, given the chance for redemption on the abortion issue (as fantasized in the ConfirmThem.com post above), Justice Kennedy would take the opportunity to side with a majority of Justices to overturn the abominations known as Roe and Casey. But given his recent opinion in Lawrence v. Texas, in which he regurgitates his sickening "sweet mystery of life" theme that he adopted in Casey, I won't hold my breath.
